When you see people with great accomplishments its easy to assume they took the yellow brick road to get there. On the contrary, just like you’ve struggled, they have too. The #majorkeyalert is to focus on your wins though, even the SMALL ones. Below I have a super quick list on how and why you should celebrate your small wins.
1.Plan your progress//
Take a deep breath and begin outlining a step-by-step plan to achieve your scary objective. Your fear will want to drag you into obsessing about possible problems in the future. But be here now: Your job at this moment isn't facing what you fear, but planning to face it. While you're planning, don't execute or fret. Just plan.
2. Celebrate each step//
If you live this way—seeking out what captivates and cows you, pushing beyond your comfort zone, making sure you're serving a noble purpose
3.Purpose Jar - Habit Journal//
I started a “ Purpose Jar” mid year that will allow me to reflect on all my wins at the end of the year. Every time I accomplished something big or small I added it to my purpose jar so regardless of what it may look like, or where I think I should be I have something that shows my progression. And now with my new Habit Journals i'll really be able to go into detail!
Matthew 6:34-Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
